I have used Northshore Automotive for the past 6 years. They are always clear about the work that needs to be done and the estimated cost. They always have my car repaired same day or at least within 3 days.

They did a great job like they always do.

They overcharge for their services.. also felt like I was talking to an inhumane machine! But they could be good if they didn’t do those things above.! They charged me 500$ for a part, and they didn’t have to!! I didn’t know that.. Since I’m trying to keep my car running good on a budget! Then I called for a price quote on an exhaust leak that may be related to the issue they fixed.. and they charged me 200$ more then another shop.. ughh.. aside from that they did a repair in two hours..and could be good

I went online to make an appt and received a call to confirm that I would be able to make it at the 8 am slot. I got there a few minutes early was told that it would take the whole morning so I decided to walk down to the Starbucks and do some grocery shopping at the Safeway. I took an Uber back around 10 only to see my car in the same spot, so when I went in they said that they were just getting ready to pull it in. I found this to be unacceptable since I had an early appointment and nobody decided to call me to say that it wouldn't be done on time. This was on a Friday and I had other errands to run. The service I ask for was to check my brakes and look into a services light. So for this to take all day and to have an appointment and most of the morning gone. I asked for my keys and took my car. Haven't rescheduled and probably won't.

Great service and great staff!

Took my van here to get alot of work done, Everything works much better then when i brought it to them. Just be patient their vary busy at times.
