Having worked on my own cars for 40 years I know a little bit. I appreciate that the staff did not talk down to me. There is so much to know and, even with the help of the internet, I am always learning something new from your techs. My hope is that if I can help narrow down the source of the problem by providing some information, I may save a little diagnostic time and some cost.
