I brought my truck in for an oil change and the mechanic found my radiator was leaking. I've driven long enough to know it's better to take care of a problem discovered before it strands you on the roadside later. So, not only did they get the job done quickly, but it was affordable.

Northshore has been by far the best experience I’ve had with auto shops. They are true professionals. I have an older Jeep and they understand that I’m just trying to keep it alive, of course there’s numerous things wrong with it but I go there with a specific problem, they diagnose and find the problem, and fix it. No BS ever. 100% recommended. You get what you pay for, high quality work, but that being said I don’t feel I’ve ever paid too much! Also brought my girlfriends newer car there and they were able to fix it up real quick.

I cannot say enough great things about Northshore Automotive I had an electrical problem with my RV. I was not able to get an appointment for over a month with the RV place where I bought it from. So I had to search for a new place to get the work done. I read all the reviews for Northshore and they were great so I decided to take a chance and called them. I hit the jackpot. From Art at the front desk to all the mechanics they were professional, friendly and honest. They had my RV fixed in less than a week so I could make my next planned trip. 2 weeks later my furnace stopped working. I called Art again and he was up front with me saying this was not something they would normally do but said to bring it in and they would take a look. 2 days later they found the problem with a part in the thermostat and I am back on the road again nice and toasty. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Their customer service is excellent. They have a new customer for life. Thanks Art and the team behind the scenes that did such a wonderful job fixing my baby.
